Evermore Farm competition teams

Join the Fun!

The world of Equestrian Competition can be vast and intimidating. At Evermore, we strive to bring our riders along a slow and steady path allowing our clients to experience small local competitions first, then moving on to a regional level and then if they so choose may join our Nationally recognized Show Team.

Riders at Evermore Farm are not required to participate in competitions of any kind, and every now and then we have families that choose to remain strictly recreational, however,  most of our clients participate in competition in one form or another.

We have three distinct Competition Teams: Tournament Team, Academy Team, and Show Rider Team

Details on each of these three teams is outlined below.

Level 1: tournament team

The Evermore Tournament Team is the perfect introduction to the world

 of Showing Horses!

Tournaments are low cost & low commitment, accessible to all of our students.

Riders are not required to purchase any specialty equipment or clothing to participate.

The only clothing requirements are those needed for weekly lessons.

Evermore Farm participates in 4 Tournament Style Fun Shows per year,

attend one or all four!

Riders enrolled in weekly lessons are able to participate after completing two full months of enrollment. Riding Academy students as young as 3 are eligible to participate. Typically, 90% of our weekly riders attend in our quarterly Tournaments.

Competitions consist of rider's competing on lesson horses against riders of the same age and skill level. Riders will compete against members of Evermore's Riding Academy and outside local programs.

Our Tournament Team enrolls April to April. Monthly tuition consists of payment for the Tournament Fees plus weekly riding lesson enrollment.

All Tournaments are held on Sunday's at the Shelby County Fairgrounds, located in Downtown Shelbyville.
